By installing and using this series of software, you signify your full understanding and consent to all the terms of this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify and supplement these Terms of Service according to the needs of business development. The modified Terms of Service will be displayed within this series of software and will take effect from the date of display. If you disagree with the modified Terms of Service, you have the right to stop using this series of software. If you continue to use this series of software, it will be deemed that you accept and agree to the modified Terms of Service.

II. Functions and Services of This Series of Software

2.1. Open Source Software Porting Service

  • This series of software ports open source software to mobile platforms and provides a user-friendly interface for you to download, configure, and run the software on your own. We are committed to providing you with a stable and convenient experience in using open source software, but we do not guarantee the compatibility, stability, and security of the open source software. The risk of using open source software is borne by you.
  • We do not own the copyright of open source software; the copyright of open source software belongs to its original authors or relevant right holders. When using open source software, you should comply with the license agreements of the open source software. If you violate these agreements, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

2.2. Subdomain Registration Function (DDNS)

  • This series of software provides a subdomain registration function (DDNS) to facilitate your access to services within a local area network. We only provide tools and pathways for subdomain registration and do not guarantee the success rate, stability, or security of subdomain registration.
  • When using the subdomain registration function, you should ensure that your network environment and device configuration meet the relevant requirements to avoid subdomain registration failures or inability to use the service normally due to your own reasons.

2.3. User Information and Data Storage

  • This series of software does not require user registration and does not collect user information. All user content is stored locally on the mobile device. We do not assume any obligations or legal responsibilities for information stored locally by users. You should be responsible for managing and protecting data stored locally on your mobile device to prevent data leakage or loss due to reasons such as loss, damage, or theft of the mobile device.
  • You should comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not use this series of software to store or disseminate any illegal or unlawful information. Any disputes or legal responsibilities arising from information stored locally on your mobile device will be borne by you.

2.4. Advertising Alliance Ad Integration

  • This series of software integrates advertisements from an advertising alliance to provide us with certain revenue. The content of the advertisements is provided by the advertising alliance, and we do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of the advertisements, nor do we assume any responsibilities.
  • When using this series of software, you may see advertising content. You should judge the authenticity of the advertisements on your own and click and use the advertising links with caution. Any losses or disputes arising from your clicking on advertising links will be borne by you.

2.5. Payment Function and Authorization for Advanced Features

  • This series of software integrates payment functions from WeChat and Alipay, which are used to remove advertisements and authorize advanced features, such as data backup and restoration. When using the payment function, you should ensure the security of your payment account information to avoid financial losses due to account information leakage.
  • The authorization for advanced features that you purchase through the payment function is only for use within this series of software and must not be transferred, resold, or used for any other illegal purposes. You should comply with relevant laws and regulations and the usage rules of the payment platforms. If you violate these rules, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
  • We will provide you with the corresponding services according to the term of the advanced feature authorization that you purchase. If the advanced feature authorization is interrupted or becomes invalid due to your own reasons, we will not assume any responsibilities.

III. User Usage Standards

You should comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not use this series of software to engage in any illegal or unlawful activities, including but not limited to disseminating illegal information, infringing on others’ intellectual property rights, conducting cyber-attacks, etc. Any legal responsibilities and consequences arising from your violation of laws and regulations when using this series of software will be borne by you.

3.2. Account Security

Although this series of software does not require user registration, if you use payment functions or other features involving personal information, you should properly keep your payment account information and other personal information to avoid losses due to information leakage. If information leakage occurs due to your own reasons, we will not assume any responsibilities.

3.3. Software Usage

You should operate according to the usage instructions and prompts of this series of software and must not engage in any illegal activities such as reverse engineering, decompiling, or cracking this series of software. Any losses or disputes arising from your illegal operations on this series of software will be borne by you.

3.4. Data Backup and Restoration

Although this series of software provides functions for data backup and restoration, you should be responsible for regularly backing up important data on your own. We do not guarantee the success rate and completeness of data backup and restoration. Any losses arising from the failure of data backup and restoration will not be assumed by us.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. The intellectual property rights of this series of software

All intellectual property rights of this series of software (excluding the intellectual property rights of the involved open-source software), including but not limited to software code, interface design, trademarks, logos, etc., belong to us. You must not engage in any activities that infringe upon our intellectual property rights, such as copying, disseminating, modifying, or distributing this series of software.

4.2. Open Source Software Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the open source software involved in this series of software belong to their original authors or relevant right holders. When using open source software, you should comply with the license agreements of the open source software. If you violate these agreements, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

V. Disclaimer

5.1. Service Interruption and Termination

We reserve the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services of this series of software at any time according to the needs of business development or the requirements of laws and regulations. If you are unable to use this series of software due to our interruption or termination of services, we will not assume any responsibilities.

5.2. Data Loss and Damage

We do not guarantee the stability, compatibility, and security of this series of software. You may encounter issues such as data loss and damage when using this series of software. You should be responsible for regularly backing up important data on your own. Any losses arising from data loss or damage will not be assumed by us.

5.3. Open Source Software Risks

  • The open source software included in this series of software is developed and maintained by third parties. We do not guarantee the compatibility, security, stability, or functionality of the open source software. Open source software may have vulnerabilities, defects, or other issues, and the risks associated with using open source software are borne by you.
  • When using open source software, you should fully understand its license agreements and terms of use and bear any legal, technical, or security risks that may arise from using open source software. 5.5. Force Majeure

If this series of software is unable to operate normally or you are unable to use this series of software due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.), we will not assume any responsibilities.

VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1. Governing Law

The establishment, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

6.2. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and us arising from these Terms of Service or the use of this series of software, both parties should first resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If no agreement is reached through consultation, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people’s court where we are located.
