Efficient Whiteboard Discussion Recording and Follow-up Plan

Memos is an efficient and convenient memo tool. It can quickly record text and image content and view and follow up on it in real-time on computers, mobile phones, and other devices.

Environment Preparation

• Install the 【GiMao·XiaoJi】 APP
• Activate the 【Memo】 service
• Ensure the computer and mobile phone are on the same local network
• When accessing from a computer, the mobile phone needs to open GiMao·XiaoJi and enter 【Service Mode】

Step 1: Take Photos and Upload

During the meeting discussion, use your mobile phone to take photos of the whiteboard content. Use the memo service of GiMao·XiaoJi to upload the photos.

1. Take Photos with Mobile Phone: Use the mobile phone camera to take photos of the content.
2. Create a Memo: Open 【GiMao·XiaoJi】【Memo】, upload the photo, and record important information via voice.
3. Set Tags: Add New TagType #tagname in the input box to add a tag or select Existing TagClick the # below the input box to choose.

Step 2: Follow Up on the Computer

Open the memo service of GiMao·XiaoJi on your computer. Organize the meeting conclusions and to-do items, and follow up with records.

1. Service Mode:📱Mobile Phone Open 【GiMao·XiaoJi】 and enter Service Mode.
2. Open URL:💻Computer Open the Service Address of 【GiMao·XiaoJi】 to enter the memo and follow up on to-do items in a timely manner.

Step 3: Multi-Device Synchronization

Use the multi-device synchronization feature of GiMao·XiaoJi to follow up on progress in a timely manner and keep your reports organized.

1. Pin: Choose to pin based on current importance.
2. Follow Up: You can directly modify the record for follow-up or add a note to track progress.
3. Mark as Completed: Mark completed to-do items as Completed.
4. To-Do Items: Click on the To-Do Completed/Total To-Do at the bottom of the calendar to view all to-do items.
5. Tag Categorization: Filter records through the tag list at the bottom of the calendar.

When accessing from a computer, the mobile phone needs to open GiMao·XiaoJi and enter Service Mode.
